AETHON

Aethon is the immortal horse of the Greek god Helios returning from it’s apocalyptic voyage from Hades back to Earth. The base is created of an old growth high mountain larch wood with the sculpture rising from a pool of golden and transparent epoxy resin representing the river Styx dividing the underworld and Earth from where Aethon is returning created from a metal wire skeleton and an artificial type clay along with fiber glass cloth and finished off with a real golden bronze patina.
