BAROQUE

His name is Baroque. The shapes and lines are reminiscent of the baroque period. Large flaring nostrils and lush mane as well as the gold emphases that form his shape slowly disappear into the vertical wooden base of the sculpture. A large black steel plate serves as a stable base for the masive old wooden beam recycled from and old structure on which the horses head of Baroque is mounted. Created from an artificial type clay and covered with glass fibers and epoxy resin creating his shape and covered with a golden bronze patina to create a realistic metallic effect.
