PSYCHE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA AND THE AWAKENING OF THE DANCING SATIR

At the bottom of the sea, among the glare of a distant light, a silhouette of a man swims with dolphins, while the eye of Psyche, enchanted, watches the awakening of a statue forgotten by time. The statue is a Satyr who, in memory of one of his arcane dances, wants to reconstitute his body broken by time to resume its present. The work is dedicated to the famous Hellenistic Greek bronze statue of the Dancing Satyr of Mazzara del Vallo in Sicily.
