PASTEL Nº20

This selection of pastels shows how work on colour and space can be generated by apparently simple means, within the framework of drawing and graphic design. The role of the white background of the sheet is to interact fully with the lines and stains, which is a major difference from painting. In these pastels, as in the inks, possibilities are determined, which may find echoes here and there in the canvases, but above all they are affirmed for themselves.
